The Skybound Initiative is open to Female Identifying, BIPOC, LGBTQ, and Persons with Disabilities who are freelancers, side-hustlers, non-profit or small business owners. To qualify, applicants must be self-employed, operate a small business or non-profit organization, or generate over 33% of their annual income from a side-hustle. This program is specifically designed to empower underrepresented voices in the entrepreneurial community.

The Skybound Initiative accepts rolling applications throughout the year, with one applicant selected each quarter. The application periods are as follows:
First Quarter
January 1 - March 31:
Decision made by April 15Second Quarter
April 1 - June 30:

Selected applicants will receive services tailored to their specific needs, including Logo Design, Brand Package Development, Copywriting & Messaging, Pitch Deck Creation, Web Design, E-Commerce Set-Up, Social Media Strategy, Advertising Strategy, and Business Consulting. These services typically take 4-6 weeks to complete and are designed to help entrepreneurs elevate their brands and succeed in the marketplace.

Applicants are required to provide detailed information about their business, including a brief description, business goals, challenges faced, and plans for the upcoming year. They must also include links to their website or portfolio, LinkedIn or social media profiles, and a cover letter explaining how The Skybound Initiative will help their business grow and achieve its goals.

By applying, applicants agree to participate in required interviews, provide necessary documentation, and collaborate closely with Thunderhawk Creative throughout the project. Selected applicants must allow Thunderhawk Creative to feature their business in promotional materials, case studies, and testimonials related to The Skybound Initiative. All applicant information will be treated with confidentiality. Services provided under the initiative are non-transferable and must be utilized by the selected applicant. If an applicant is not selected, they are encouraged to reapply in subsequent quarters and refine their application based on feedback. Additionally, selected businesses agree to participate in follow-up assessments and share progress updates with The Skybound Initiative for up to one year after services are completed. Thunderhawk Creative reserves the right to terminate services if the applicant fails to meet their obligations or adhere to agreed-upon timelines.
