When first approached by CORE Office Interiors, they were a new entity formed from the merger of three companies, each with diverse and rich histories, coming together under one roof. They had fantastic ideas and a clear vision but needed someone to distill and launch them effectively. COREoi was looking to combine a fresh, new identity with the strength and longevity of their industry experience. They wanted a CRM platform that streamlined all external communications and internal processes and a clean slate for their networking and digital/in-person brand identity. Working with them was an exciting journey of transformation and innovation, bringing their bold ideas to life.
logo & Tagline
Designing the logo for CORE Office Interiors was a mission to encapsulate their bold approach to the industry. They wanted a visual identity that mirrored their innovative and tech-driven processes, which emphasize transparent communications, live updates, real-time design collaboration, and a broader scope for each project.
We developed a bold design that highlights the company's strengths and forward-thinking ethos. The logo features strong, clean lines and a modern aesthetic, reflecting their commitment to innovation and excellence. The tagline "Work Boldly" complements the logo, reinforcing CORE Office Interiors' dedication to pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional results. This cohesive branding communicates their unique value proposition and positions them as leaders in the market.

For CORE Office Interiors, selecting a brand color palette that represents the diverse market areas of Texas was both a strategic and creative endeavor. We sought colors that would not only resonate with the unique characteristics of each region but also enhance the overall brand identity and user experience.
We chose blue to symbolize Houston's expansive, wide-open skies, evoking a sense of vastness and opportunity. For Austin, we selected green, reflecting the lush, grass-covered hills that surround the city, representing growth and vitality. Yellow was chosen for San Antonio, inspired by the iconic limestone of the Alamo, conveying warmth and heritage. Lastly, a reddish-orange hue was selected for the rich soil of the lower Rio Grande River Valley, symbolizing strength and foundation.
Incorporating these colors into the brand and presentations has not only helped with wayfinding but also made it easier to decipher dense and complex information. By aligning the color palette with the distinctive features of each market area, we have created a cohesive and intuitive visual identity that enhances CORE Office Interiors' communication and engagement with their clients across Texas.

We highlighted their relentless pursuit of meeting client needs and their continuous challenge to disrupt the industry and work boldly.
Their expertise spans space planning, design, procurement, installation, office re-configuration, company relocation, asset management, A/V and acoustic consulting, and ongoing post-installation services. Our messaging reinforced COREoi's extensive experience with projects of all sizes, emphasizing their intimate understanding of the need for functional, safe, durable furniture and A/V integration of the highest quality. This comprehensive approach ensured that COREoi's products and designs stand the test of time in high-use environments, consistently delivering exceptional results.

The process of setting up and managing CORE Office Interiors' CRM platform, HubSpot, was a transformative project that revolutionized the way the company interacts with clients, manages projects, and drives business growth. Our goal was to create a seamless, fully integrated system that captures every client interaction, from the initial touchpoint to the final project delivery, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience for each client.
From the very beginning, we meticulously planned the integration of all client-facing activities into HubSpot. Every email, website interaction, social media impression, phone call, text message, and more was funneled through the CRM to generate and qualify leads, as well as manage ongoing projects. This comprehensive approach allowed COREoi to have a 360-degree view of each client, enabling them to tailor their strategies and communications effectively.
One of the most significant aspects of this setup was the automation of key processes. Creating and managing CORE Office Interiors' intricate and detailed RFP response template was a project that required a perfect blend of high design and user-friendly functionality. Our goal was to develop a template that not only reflected COREoi’s brand excellence but also facilitated ease of use for the Sales, Product, and Design teams.
The template was meticulously designed to be visually compelling, embodying the sleek and professional aesthetics that COREoi is known for. At the same time, we ensured that it was highly functional, allowing team members to easily edit and customize over 50 pages of unique and specific information for each project without the risk of error or complication.
This template includes everything from detailed product specifications and pricing to tailored design solutions and installation strategies, all while maintaining a consistent and polished look. We also incorporated the flexibility for adding custom pages as needed, ensuring that the template could adapt to the unique requirements of each RFP.

Designing the CORE Office Interiors product brochure was a creative journey that allowed us to fully integrate the COREoi brand into every aspect of the final product. Our goal was to create a brochure that not only served as a comprehensive guide to COREoi's offerings but also embodied the company's identity through its design.
We started by incorporating COREoi’s brand colors, ensuring that each section of the brochure was visually cohesive and aligned with the company’s established visual identity. The use of these colors helped to create a strong, recognizable presence on each page, reinforcing COREoi's brand at every turn.
Imagery played a crucial role in the design as well. We carefully selected and integrated images that not only showcased the products but also captured the essence of each industry we serve—healthcare, education, hospitality, and commercial spaces. These images were chosen to evoke the quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal that COREoi brings to its projects.
To enhance the brochure’s visual impact, we also integrated custom iconography that added a layer of clarity and professionalism to the design. These icons were used to guide readers through the different sections, making it easy to navigate and understand the information presented.
